Michael Selvaggio has been in the real estate business since 1975. He is a licensed broker and REALTOR^® in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He actively markets new home communities, sells and lists resale homes, develops land and is a manager.

In 1990, he was named REALTOR^® of the Year for the state of Delaware. He has also served as President of the Delaware Association of REALTORS^® and his local board. He has published several articles and authored many courses for his association and for pre-licensing students at the University of Delaware.

As a Life Director for the Home Builder’s Association of Delaware, Mike has been able to bring sales and marketing ideas to students that not only work, but have been “field tested.” His two most exciting professional accomplishments were earning the CCIM and CRS designations. He thoroughly enjoys education sessions with other real estate professionals.
