John Osborn has thirty years full-time experience in sales, leasing, management and development of investment, commercial and retail real estate in greater New Castle County, Delaware, with a primary emphasis on retail, office and land development. John also has significant personal experience as a real estate investor.

John has twenty years experience as an exchange facilitator and is an owner of Patterson Osborn Exchange Services, LLC, which facilitates the disposition of business and investment real estate through exchanges for like-kind properties in accordance with Treasury Regulation 1.1031 (k) - 1 (g) (4), commonly referred to as a “1031 Exchange.”
