COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

Blueprint to Success:  Treating the real estate business as a business and developing a business plan and marketing goals that will take you and/or your agents to the next level.  Instructor:  Gene Millman

 

Broker's Core Course: 6-hour mandatory continuing education course for Delaware broker licensee - remember to sign up for both sessions.  Instructor:  Gene Millman.

 

Home Staging Ins and Outs:  Learn the seven C's of home staging and how to encourage your sellers to make changes without offending them. Instructor:  Theresa Minichiello (ASP, ASPM)

 

Hot Topics for Real Estate:  Covering subjects such as "Consequences of Water Penetration" and "Polybutelane Piping", this class will give you pointers on how to handle "hot topics" without getting burned.  Instructor:  Bill Ward.

 

Legislative Update (General Assembly):  Review the second half of the 145th General Assembly and information on what may be coming up next session. Learn about legislation that may affect you as a REALTOR(R), your clients and the way you do business.  Instructors:  Charlotte Herbert and Scott Kidner

 

Legislative Update (Issues): Get an update on the changes coming from DREC and changes to DUCIOA (Condo Bill).  Instructor: Andy Taylor

 

NAR Ethics:  Learn the A-B-C's of the National Association of REALTORS(R) Code of Ethics and Arbitration.  This class fulfills the NAR quadrennial Ethics training due every four years to maintain REALTOR(R) membership.  Next cycle ends in 2012.  Instructor:  Shirley Kalvinsky
